We’re always on the look out for great bloggers, so if you’d like us to add you to our Great Bloggers folder, send us a message with details of your blogging/journalism experience, your main areas of expertise, your hobbies and anything else that could help us to find you a writing role.

How to get the job

We’ve looked at many applications and CVs over the years, and there’s nothing more annoying and depressing than bad applications. If you are interested in writing for one of our sites, don’t simply email a few lines: you need to tell us something about your experience, your interests, and you need to provide examples of why you’re a great blogger with experience in social media. Saying you’re “interested, but not sure if you’ll have time” is also unwise (and a little puzzling).

Anyone who sends a terse email that assumes we’ll somehow divine the brilliance of your skillset from those few words will find their email dumped in the trash. If you’re serious, make an effort; if you’re not, don’t send an email!

And, for the sake of our health, DO NOT send typo-ridden emails.
