Q. Does my business need a blog?
A. Yes! Of course, we’re biased because we love blogs, so don’t just take our word for it:
Based on our current client base of 40-plus websites, we estimate that syncing your keyword strategy with a content plan can increase conversion rates by 17 percent over a one-year business cycle.

Q. What are the benefits of a blog over other social media?
A. Social media isn’t going away, but with so much online “noise” going on, a blog gives your online presence a heart.
Blogging isn’t just great for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Blogging gives you a unique opportunity to gather information and feedback from your customers, to engage them with good-quality information and editorial — plus, you can use that copy in your newsletters, Facebook page and Twitter feed.

Q. What services do you offer?
A. We specialise in good-quality editorial copy for blogs and websites, but we’re also passionate about social media in general and can tailor our services to suit your current requirements.
Take a look at the sample packages we’ve put together for an idea of what we can do for you. Or get in touch to tell us what you need and we’ll work out the best possible plan for you.
Q. We already have a blog, why do we need you?
A. If you already have a blog, that’s great! If you’re doing a lot of posts but not seeing any benefit, we’d be happy to provide a one-off blogging audit to help get the most from your hard work. We can put together a forward features list and content plan, as well as in-house training and a bespoke “Blogging Guide” for your staff.
Q. We don’t have budget for on-going blog content. Can you still help?
A. Yes! Maybe you just want someone to build you a basic blog and help with the initial launch before handing the running over to you. We can get you set up with a blog for your site and train your staff to help them understand how to get the most out of the amazing opportunities blogging can offer.
You can also check out the Blogging Tools section of our blog, which has some helpful advice for budding business bloggers.
And don’t forget, we can take care of all the writers’ contracts, which need to be in place before anyone writes for you.
Q. Do you offer training for in-house staff?
A. Yes! We have years of experience in running Blogging 101 training courses. We can train up your staff and help you put together a style guide and best practice posting guide so that everyone on your team can get involved in promoting your company online.
We also run Workshops for those wanting to start at the very beginning. Over the course of the day, we will get you set up with your own blog, explain the anatomy of a good blog post, talk you through the secrets of social bookmarking and social media, and leave you ready to go out and engage in the wonderful world of blogging!
We’ll be putting up more information about the next workshop soon, but if you’d like to be added to the waiting list, get in touch with us!
Q. We know blogging is important, but we don’t have the time! Can you help?
Of course — leave it to us! We’ll put together a features list, a style guide, staff contracts and a tailored posting best practice guide.
Our contacts folder is stuffed full of experienced journalists and bloggers who specialise in high-quality content. The editorial team is hand-picked for each project. All our writers already have profiles online and can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge — as well as a lot of passion and enthusiasm!
In addition to creating content, we live and breathe the web. We can help you set up and design your content platform and then automate or completely manage the process of distributing that content through your social media channels.
Most of all, we feel like your in-house team, happy to share ideas, and collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales on the editorial content plan – making sure that everything that appears on your site is fit for purpose.
